This extends to staff selection, where training is utilised to upgrade local personnel skills, with specific training programmes for individuals’ differing needs. A number of indigenous personnel have been trained in the past, and the company is always alert for opportunities in this category.
Gimbells is dedicated to maintaining industry standards through Training and Work Health & Safety and inducts all employees, upon commencement, through an internal Safety Training Scheme. All personnel are required to provide a commitment to responsibility of workplace safety.
