This new subdivision is being developed by the Larrakia Development Corporation and they required a capable landscape contractor to complete parklands and drainage reserves in a tight time frame ahead of wet season rains.

In addition to design and construction of two gazetted parks with telemetry controlled irrigation, a feature in the second stage of the project was a large open drain which required batter stabilisation.

Only a month out from the impending wet season, Gimbells provided a fabric reinforced grass solution for the problem which has successfully handled stream flows around 2600 litres per second.
